This hotel takes luxury to a whole new level! From the private facilities to the exclusive amenities, it made my stay unforgettable. Service was impeccable and staff always went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious cuisine and drinks. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were amazing and the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing experience with various treatments to choose from. Cons: the only minor issue was the language barrier, some staff had difficulty understanding me when I needed to require something. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
